1. Data controller
Data controller: REDVIS.
Address: Raudondvario pl. 150-217, 47174 Kaunas.
Contact for privacy and data protection matters: redvis@redvis.lt.
2. What data do we process and where does it come from?
When you submit an enquiry through the contact form, we process the name or company name you provide, your email address, the selected service and the content of your message. Your phone number is optional and is processed only if you provide it. We obtain this data directly from you.
To protect against automated abuse, the server briefly uses technical information, including the IP address, to rate-limit requests. The IP address is not stored in the enquiry record saved on the website.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use contact-form data to receive and assess your enquiry, contact you, provide information about our services and, where applicable, take steps at your request before entering into a contract. The legal basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b) where the enquiry relates to a possible service order, or Article 6(1)(f) where we have a legitimate interest in responding to a general business enquiry and protecting the website and communications.
Submitting the contact form does not by itself constitute consent to direct marketing, and your contact details are not used for marketing merely because you sent an enquiry.
4. Do you have to provide the data?
Name / company, email address, selected service and message are marked as required because without them we cannot properly receive and respond to your enquiry. Providing a phone number is optional. If required data is not provided, the form cannot be submitted.
5. Who may receive the data?
Data may be accessible to REDVIS staff or authorised persons who need it to handle the enquiry, as well as service providers supporting website hosting, email delivery, WordPress infrastructure, security or technical maintenance. Such providers may process the data only to the extent necessary to provide their services and subject to applicable data-protection requirements. We do not sell personal data.
If a particular service provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, a lawful transfer mechanism and, where necessary, supplementary safeguards must be used.
6. How long do we keep the data?
Contact enquiries saved in the website database are automatically deleted after 365 days.
Enquiries received by email and subsequent correspondence are kept for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the enquiry and manage the customer relationship. If an enquiry develops into a contractual relationship, or the data is needed for accounting, legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, relevant data may be retained for longer in accordance with applicable retention periods.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, where applicable, you have rights to information and access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Contact the privacy address above to exercise these rights.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate.
8. Automated decision-making
Data submitted through the contact form is not used for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects for you.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
Information about cookies, local browser storage, their purposes, retention and preference controls is provided in our Cookie Policy.
10. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when website features, service providers or legal requirements change. The current version date is shown at the top of this page.
